novo Party allows you to return products within (3) days of receiving the shipment if the product is eligible for return. If there is no damage to the returned product under any circumstances, the product will not be accepted as a return until the customer is notified of accepting the return.
It may take a week for the product to reach us upon return, depending on your location. Once the product arrives at the storage and packaging center, please allow two (2) business days for us to receive and process your returned product. After the return process is completed, it may take seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days to credit the refunded amount to the credit card account or transfer the amount to the bank account provided by the customer. The refund amount depends on the condition of the returned product.
Only eligible products will be accepted for return according to the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original sealed packaging.
- If the product has already been used or the original product box has been opened, or the original protective cover has been removed, we will refuse the refund request and return the product to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.
